Your purchase: one Full Check for the registration you confirm, for £10.99 total. No VAT is charged. This is a one-off purchase, not a subscription. Payment is by card through Stripe. There is no delivery charge. Check the registration carefully before paying; you can change it before checkout.
The report includes vehicle details, MOT history, specification, indicative valuation and available finance, stolen, scrapped, insurance write-off, enhanced insurance damage, mileage and recall information supplied by Vehicle Data Global. Some fields may be unavailable. Salvage auction history, salvage photographs and taxi checks are not included. Enhanced insurance damage data is not a salvage auction search. No financial data guarantee is offered with this purchase.
Delivery: after confirmed payment we request the data and provide an English-language report in your signed-in account, with an email notification. This normally takes a few minutes, but supplier or payment delays can take longer. If a required source fails and we cannot deliver the report, we request a full refund to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the refund appears. If payment has left your account but the report is missing, contact support with the order reference; do not pay again for the same order.
Access: your saved Full report is available for 24 hours from the lookup time. Reopening it does not update the data. It is for your own legitimate vehicle purchase or sale enquiry; it must not be republished, resold or used to build a database. Use your own verified account. An internet connection and a modern browser with JavaScript and cookies are required.
Limitations: the report reflects records available at the lookup time. No record found is not a guarantee that a vehicle is free of finance, theft, damage or other problems. Missing or unavailable data is not a clear result. Unrecorded damage and later changes may not appear. Valuations are estimates, not offers. Check the vehicle identity and documents and arrange an independent inspection where appropriate. Contact support if you believe information is incorrect.
Immediate supply and cancellation: by selecting the immediate-delivery confirmation, you expressly request that we supply the digital report before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that your change-of-mind right to cancel ends when supply of the digital content begins. Before supply begins, you can cancel by emailing support@cersus.co.uk with your name and order reference. You can use: 'I wish to cancel my CERSUS Car Check order [reference], ordered on [date]. My name and address are [details].' This does not affect your statutory rights if the report is faulty, not as described or not supplied, or any refund we promise above.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact support@cersus.co.uk for a complaint, cancellation or refund request.
